What types of services do you provide?
POD Print strives to be a one-stop printing provider and can fulfill most of your printing needs, including digital and large format printing of everything from business cards and brochures to bound books and posters. Will I have a dedicated Customer Service Representative?
Yes. POD Print strongly believes in building partnerships, so you will always work with the same representative to find the best solutions to your printing needs.
What are your average turn times?
Most projects will have proofs produced within 2 business days and ready for delivery or shipping within 5 business days of proof approval.
Can you accommodate rush orders?
Absolutely. We are happy to work with you to meet your deadline.
What file types do you prefer?
PDFs are standard. Ideally, we prefer both a PDF and the original editable files (such as a Photoshop or InDesign file). For best print quality, a resolution of 300dpi or greater is recommended for images.

Will I see a proof before my order is printed? Can I do press checks?
POD Print will provide a fully completed proof for your review in lieu of a press check.
I have a unique project. Can you help me with that?
Our customer service representatives are happy to work with you on custom orders, including die cut pieces, unique paper stocks, and many other outside-the-box projects. We have done a lot of unique projects and love the challenge!
I’m supposed to put together a lot of different items for a conference or event. Can you help?
POD Print is experienced in putting together complete packages for various events, including concept and design, personalized name badges and/or tickets, programs and brochures, event signage, and more. We can help you stay consistent with your brand image and keep your print media organized.
Can you guarantee that my logo colors will always print the same?
We pride ourselves on consistency and will ensure that your colors remain the same from project to project. If your logo contains Pantone colors, we will match those as well.
I have no idea what printing specifications are best for my project. Can you help with that?

I am on a tight budget. Can you help me find ways to save money on my job?
Our staff is happy to work with you to choose the printing methods, paper stocks, and finishing that fits the budget for your project.
Do you only print on demand, or do you offer warehousing solutions too?
While an “on demand” scenario works for many of our customers, others may need to house a small inventory or adopt a hybrid solution with both stock and on-demand production. We are happy to discuss what solutions will work best for you.

If I order reprints of a previous job, can you ensure that the new order will be consistent with previous print runs?
Our quality control process ensures that every print run matches the one before. We will also work with you to match samples you may have from previous vendors.
